Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and for your parcel until it arrives at Lost Yak. We suggest a tracked and signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured, you may wish to take out additional insurance. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive with us.
We have a 30 day refund policy from the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund please return the item(s) in the same unused condition that you received them. Note - used items are not subject to this returns policy. We will not accept returns of used products. If you have any issues with such items please contact us.
Before making a return please contact us via the contact page to inform us for your reason for return.
Please wrap goods appropriately for transit to avoid damage to any packaging. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products or packaging. If there is any damage present, we can no longer accept the return.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
